Join us for a special evening of film, reflection, and conversation. We will begin with a short meditation followed by a screening of Meditation, Creativity, Peace — a rare and intimate look into the inner world of acclaimed filmmaker David Lynch — and ending with a guided discussion.

Best known for his surreal, mind-bending films, Lynch has also been a passionate advocate of Transcendental Meditation (TM). Since beginning his practice in 1973, he has credited TM with unlocking creativity, clarity, and deep inner peace.

Through personal stories and footage from his travels, the documentary reveals how meditation became not just a tool but a foundation for Lynch’s creative life—and how it can open up new possibilities for all of us.
