YOUR HOST: Eli Freeman

Who am I?

My name is Eli and I’m a meditation guide and spiritual life coach. I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery for the past 5 years, having left behind my corporate career in London, travelled the world, launched a hypnotherapy app to people quit smoking, and now I create comfortable spaces for people to open up and feel seen. I believe that presence holds everything we seek, we just need to rediscover what is already there.

I’ve been living in Wellington for almost a year. You might have seen my other event, Sunflower Club, which is a space for sharing poetry.
