Poetry Open Mic

Come along to Undercurrent on Thursday 11 September for a wonderful new poetry open mic by Club Poetry! Doors at 6:30pm, show starts at 7pm, and tickets are $10. If a magical evening of local talent is not enough, there will also be some drinks and snacks.

If you're keen to read some of your own original material, come sign up at 6:30pm, or express interest by emailing wesleywritesthings@gmail.com. Performance spots are 6 mins each. Bring poetry (or read something else you've written, like a short story) and koha for the venue please!

The MC will be Wesley Hollis, a local poet, comedian who has spent some time volunteering for a local poetry publishing press, Landing Press.
